Comments:

The photos of the pollen spectrum as seen by microscope were kindly supplied by Mme Marie-Claude Clément, mellissopalyontologist at the laboratory of C.N.E.V.A. Sophia Antipolis.

The fermentation yeasts (which, according to the law forbid the sale of this product as Table Honey) are the principal characteristic of Chinese honey.

A normal honey contains several thousand to several tens of thousands of pollen grains per gram of honey.

In this English ultra-filtered honey, one would have to look at 10 grams of honey to find more than 10 grains.
